Technical features
Elen angle sensors with external magnet and cable outlet have a simple and robust mechanism where the magnetic shaft element is a separate part from the sensor. They are suitable for use in harsh environments and are the preferred solution in applications where it is necessary to position the 2 elements in separate compartments and manage to guarantee correct signal reading with a greater mounting gap. The cable output makes the product particularly flexible and versatile, as it can be adapted to any interface and connection requirement of the application context in which it is inserted (cable and connector length are customisable). The working principle is that the non-contacting Hall sensing element detects rotary motion via a non-contacting Hall element and provides an output proportional to the angle of rotation.
