Technical features
The innovative Elen wireless sensor network with shaft allows you to monitor the angular position of mechanical parts located in areas of the vehicle that are difficult to wire.
It is made up of a receiver that communicates with one or more angle sensors that act as transmitters (up to a maximum of 5 units) and interfaces with the vehicle's ECU via the CAN BUS. Data and information are transmitted via radio waves without the need for wiring or a direct physical connection to the power supply. Each transmitter is powered by a lithium battery. This sensor network has robust and compact mechanics to ensure good performance in harsh environments and easy installation.
Applications
The Elen wireless sensor is developed to detect and measure the wear conditions of mechanical organs and components located in points that are difficult to reach with wiring or other physical connections.
It applies to physical quantities and variables that change slowly over time and which refer to preventive maintenance and safety warning functions.
