Concentric mounting Hall effect speed sensors - Technical characteristics

Hall effect concentric speed sensors detect the rotation of a through shaft onto which a tone wheel is keyed, with dimensions compatible with the centre hole.
This innovative solution is ideal for those who wish to minimise the radial dimensions of the motor and may or may not require a through shaft. These sensors provide the control unit of AC, DC or brushless motors with incremental position feedback (square wave) to ensure optimum management of speed, torque and positioning.

PROGRAMMABLE ELECTRONICS

- Power supply voltage: min 4.5V – max 30V
- Output signal: double - 2 square wave signals shifted by 90°
- Output in voltage: NPN, PNP, Open collector
- Optional pull-up or pull-down resistor                                                                                                                                                                - Signal phase shift precision: ±40°/±30° (up to a minimum of ±15°)
- Zero speed (reading of the position even when the wheel is stationary)
- Operating frequency from 0Hz to 10,000Hz  ;

INNOVATIVE MECHANICS

- Plastic body with four fixing flanges
- Possibility of creating custom bodies (on request)
- Customizable cable and connector length

RELIABILITY

- Contactless Hall effect
- IP67 protection rating
- Immunity to vibrations and electromagnetic disturbances
- Operating temperature: -40°/+120 °
