Elen’s policy on quality is based on three principles:

  1. Customer satisfaction: in product performance and reliability; timely development of solutions; punctuality and flexibility of deliveries.
  2. Error prevention: by using methods such as FMEA, control plans, preventive actions; by respecting the “do a first good job” principle.
  3. Non-stop improvement: waste-reduction and increase in speed and flexibility; continuous staff training; product range improvement.


Testing and quality controls are performed at Elen’s premises in accordance with defined technical specifications, regulations and standards. For this purpose, Elen employs a complete and certified range of equipment. During the development phase, the product undergoes functional and environmental tests, such as tests on temperature, vibrations and electromagnetic fields. During the production phase, dimensional, visual and functional tests are carried out on incoming and assembly. Final testing is performed on all parts.


Elen’s quality system is certified in accordance with the  ISO 9001:2015 regulations.
